Dear users,

To help some users to understand well about the procedure of changing password and resetting google authenticator on bitmain account, here we post the detailed steps for all the cases and hope it can help you out fast.

After you login your account, you may have one of below cases, please operate as the instructions:

I did all of this yesterday and had green check marks on each item.

Now it is still asking me to do it over again and not letting me in.

It shows red x's and won't go past the new "Security Notice " screen.

 

Any suggestions?

I never had Google Auth and now I'm locked out of my account. you really should fix this stuff.

I never used google authentication and now system asking me about google code, that I can not get from anywhere. Bitmain support asking me for my photo with my id, are you kidding me? Seems like bitmain has been hacked, and now someone collecting information about users. Do not send them your Id's. Do not use bitmain at all. Forget about anonymity with bitmain.

the dialog box appeared and asking to set new pin again and again ,I'm not able to move to move on to the next step,  every time i set pin it says "pin set successful" in a green box but still asking to set new pin, I'm stuck here please help me,

I've already changed my password and also already removed my 2fa, Now I want to re-enable my 2fa but I've changed my phone number. placed a request to update it to support and sent a picture of me holding my ID but nobody answers. Could you please help me?

It's now been 17 days that I have not been able to access my account on Hashnest or the Bitmain store. 

After completing the login page, when I try and access these two sites, i am still being asked to 'unbundle' my Google auth 2FA.

The problem is: I didn't enable 2FA. Ever.

I sent the 2 photos you specified twice: one time to support@bitmain.com and the other time I uploaded them to your support site. 

I have a substantial value in BTC in Hashnest. Please Help.

Hi Trissea,

Is there an issue with mining today? It stopped mining on hashnest for L3 miner on the 15th hour and it seems like we're not able to buy/sell LTC hashrate either on the market. Is it undergoing maintenance or can you look into this? Thanks.

I get the sms and google authenticator code, I put it correctly and the message continues:
"You need to fill in the correct SMS verification code"

PS: I already use this process for other sites and it works: Eobot / Genesis, etc.
