I paid completely from 21/9/2017.but Why my order hasn’t been confirmed even after payment? but why my order show expired?

      Subject :      I paid money completely from 21/9/2017.but Why my order hasn’t been confirmed even after payment? but why my order show expired?

     I'm very worried.!!! I have asked the company Bitmain the fourth round. But no reply from the Bitmain. What happened?
On 25/9/2017, I have asked for my bank( in Thailand ), then said that the bank transfer money to Standard Chartered bank Completed successfully and Bank Standard in China Tell me that the bank transfer money into account Bit main ( Number : 000000501511168204 ) Completed successfully. So I want you to help me check your account that have my money to transfer in to your account ?
Please reply me. Now I'm very worried.!!! Because My order has expired. But I paid money to completely ( 21/09/2017 ) for 
1. Invoice # 0012017091603800 And pay USD 13258.98 and 
2. Invoice # 0012017091602402 And pay USD 703.76 So These two invoice 
I paid completely from 21/9/2017.
Can you please check my account for what's happening? What phone number do you have for me to contact you?

       I'm in Thailand. Ask for your number ( For contact with Bitmain Company ).  Now i am very worried
